At a difficult time following my Mum's death, Kiren Rai provided clear guidance to my brothers and I regards Mum's Will and the requirements of probate. We worked closely together to gather together all assets, dispose of property, and pay the expenses and liabilities of the estate. Her expertise and knowledge of probate was essential for completing the process of disposing of Mum's estate and distributing monies to all beneficiaries. I had multiple legal matters to deal with at the same time and after contacting Hewitt's about one of them Rebecca took on my case and I was so impressed with how she dealt with it right from the onset going well above and beyond what I was expecting, so much so that before it had even been concluded I had decided to bring my other outstanding legal matters to Hewitt's (despite having an appointment already booked elsewhere for one). Andrew has been the best solicitor I have ever dealt with and his no-nonsense, brutally honest, direct attitude is so refreshing. Without Andrew's guidance and support dealing with my late parents foibles and estate, I would of been tearing my hair out. The other outstanding thing about Andrew is that he does this old fashioned thing, called phoning people and talking to them. I cant recommend Andrew highly enough.
