Law firms ranked by client reviews
This area covers arranging a will on a fixed-fee basis, ensuring your wishes about who inherits your estate are clearly set out and legally valid. A solicitor drafts and finalises the will, checks that it correctly reflects assets, liabilities and intended beneficiaries, and advises on potential tax implications. They gather information about your assets, witnesses and executors, prepare the official will, and provide secure storage and guidance on future reviews or lifetime changes.
