My wife and I choose LG for doing our wills as they are not only accredited with the Law society for wills but also members of the Association of lifetime lawyers and our particular solicitor is also a 'Dementia Friend' of the Alzheimer's Society. Jenna took the time to explain things, pointed out certain issues etc gave us time to think through what we wanted, dealt with any questions promptly, and all for a reasonable fee (fees were all explained up front and not deviated from). All in all a very pleasant experience which made us very comfortable with the decisions that we made and the wording of the wills. Would highly recommend.

Howells were on the list for the British Heart Foundation free wills solicitors. As they are local to us and well known we decided it was the obvious choice to make. Making the initial appointment was easy and convenient. Making our wills was stress free and a relatively quick process. Melodie was very approachable, knowledgeable and explained the process very clearly. Following the first visit she sent us our draft wills for checking and they were well drawn up and reflected our wishes exactly. We then returned at a convenient time for us to sign them and that was that; done and dusted with no stress at all. I would highly recommend Howells and Melodie if you are considering making a will.

I arranged a meeting and after an initial chat was more than happy to proceed. My case was dealt with by Sophie Cooper and throughout the whole process I was very impressed with her attitude , patience and general understanding of my wishes .
