This area covers what people pay for will drafting and related probate planning, including fixed-price wills packages and any disbursements. A solicitor practising in wills pricing helps you compare package contents, understand storage of the will, and obtain quotes for updates or changes. They draft the will, advise on relevant tax implications, appoint executors, and arrange secure storage; they may also liaise with banks or the Probate Registry when required.
Fixed-fee will packages set out what is included and the price. A solicitor provides clear terms, explains any disbursements and what happens if changes are needed after signing; professional indemnity insurance and regulatory oversight protect clients.

Ali has been fantastic. We previously went to another company who prepared our Wills and Powers of Attorney. The documents were incorrect and the service was awful. We were recommended Slater Heelis and in particular Ali. Ali gave us detailed advice and prepared new documents. The communication was great and everything was completed quickly. Thank you, Ali.

Poole Alcock dealt with our wills quickly and efficiently. We were quoted much higher by other solicitors but were impressed with the professionalism, speed and accuracy of Poole Alcock despite the very reasonable fees.

Being wheelchair bound access was available to me at Shiphill offices. Everything I needed to know was explained to me in detail and found the apprehension I had at first was not warranted. Any issues I had were explained in layman's terms. The legal advice given was very helpful in drafting up this Will. Thank you.
