I wanted to write a new Will and Emily Spencer was assigned to my case. I had various ideas that I wanted to incorporate into the Will and Emily advised me clearly on what was possible and what needed to be modified. Emily made the whole process very straightforward, all our discussions were clear and to the point. Emily has a professional but friendly attitude. My experience could not have been better.

A thorough and professional service. The solicitor understood exactly what was needed and prepared a clear Deed of Variation that could be acted on by the executors. It took longer than the estimated 10 days, largely due to the unavoidable delays due to the long use of the paper post system.

The whole of the Howells team I dealt with from the receptionist, accounts to the solicitors were friendly, efficient and always there to help. Dealing with an experienced team made the process of making a will seamless, I would highly reccommend using them.
