Acting as Powers of Attorney, we engaged Easthams to do the conveyancing on our father's property. Sadly our Dad passed away, meaning the sale could not progress until Probate was granted. Our solicitor remained personable and sensitive to the situation, whilst continuing to update our buyers solicitor and estate agent. On receipt of Probate, our solicitor acted swiftly ensuring all Executors were appraised of progress and remained contactable should there have been any queries. A professional service with a personal touch.

The whole experience was very easy. Kate put us at ease straight away, and was very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend her services.

Helen was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of writing wills and gaining lasting power of attorney. Would fully recommend.

A very good firm of solicitors. We have used their services a few times for wills, LPA and conveyancing and have always been very pkeased with their work, especially our family lawyer in that firm, Tasnim Khaled. We can thoroughly recommend this firm

I was very impressed with the professional and efficiency I received from Ellie Colbourne starting from my initial telephone call enquiry about amending my Will through to the final meeting to sign my amended Will. I would certainly recommend Howard & Over to someone else.

My wife and I updated our wills with Patrice. We found the service very good, Patrice was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

My sister and I needed to sell our parents home following them having to move into a care home, and chose Mark Feely was very highly recommended by a family member. We had a difficult journey with buyers and buyers solicitors. Mark was amazing and dealt with everything, and rather than playing pass the email back and forth, he talked to people and resolved the endless issues as they arose. He took time to ask as to how our parents were doing and could not have been more kind and supportive to us at this very difficult time. We wish we could give more than five stars.

Melanie has dealt with the sale of my mom's house extremely professionally, keeping me informed at all times. Thank you so much for everything - I will not hesitate to contact you in the future to discuss updating our Wills.

Natalie was excellent and extremely professional she was understanding and explained everything with care and consideration something which I thought would be a daunting task made incredibly easy by Natalie I would recommend her to everyone! John and Norma
