Jay Marsh-Gasson assisted me in making changes to my existing Will. Jay's professional behaviour, knowledge, and open and warm demeanour was very welcome. I really appreciated the time I was given to consider relevant details during both appointments. Jay was also great at keeping in touch and responding to emails promptly. He was courteous throughout. I was also greeted by a friendly receptionist on my arrival. Although the offices in Salisbury could do with a bit of tlc, the service offered was second to none. I felt listened to and cared about, which was more important to me.
