Three siblings, two siblings against one, all executors of the will with fives issues to be resolved. Mediation was suggested by friends but none of the siblings wanted to pay £10,000+. One sibling contacted Slater Heelis regarding resolution, in particular property, and was referred internally to Daniel Stern, Head of Property Litigation - Dispute Resolution.
