I am very pleased I instructed Jade to prepare my Will. She carefully advised me throughout the process and was particularly helpful with the Trust fund I now have in place. Jade contacted me during a difficult time and made the process much easier by explaining everything to me in layman’s terms. Would recommend the service to everyone needing to have a Will prepared.

We were very impressed with the whole setup of Sweeney Miller and especially with Faraz who was friendly and professional also. The costs were discussed before the process started and didn't change throughout. The process of making the will was explained from the start and was straightforward. In the final meeting, Faraz explained the will point by point and we were in no doubt about matters.

Very helpful and accommodating. Bit difficult to find the entrance to the office but we got there in the end. Disabled friendly, but no disabled toilet which is a bit unusual as it's a fairly new building, and they're well organised.

Amelia was very professional and this review may be more relevant to the firm as a whole. My brother's estate was very small, although we did not know this initially. When we discovered just how small it was, which we were able to establish by ourselves, I did not feel that we were given any advice on the best course of action for a small estate. The result was a solicitor bill for a very high proportion of the estate which really did not offer good value for money particularly in view of the small amount of work undertaken by the firm.

Gail was brilliant, easy to speak to and put me at my ease when I got upset. Explained everything in a professional helpful way. Gave eye contact all the time. She is a lovely person.
