Specialist Wills covers complex will drafting and estate planning for high-value or intricate arrangements, including blended families, trusts, and lifetime gifting strategies. A solicitor in this area reviews assets, drafts bespoke wills, and establishes protective trusts, incapacity provisions, and funeral wishes, ensuring validity and tax efficiency. They advise on contest risk, challenger strategies, and executorship implications, then administer or oversee administration where needed. The work shapes how your assets pass and protects future generations from disputes and unintended tax charges.
