Top 10 of 3,713 law firms for Tracing Debts and Assets, Wills, Trusts & Probate

From first contact right through to conclusion I was kept fully informed about what stage of process we were in. I am highly impressed with the level of professionalism and would recommend this firm to friends and family, Umar Khan and Alketa Kola at Farani Taylor.

I found everyone very friendly and helpful. I was made to feel very welcome. Sophie was so nice and made me feel at ease. Very pleased all round.

Because of the complications if a very complex set of circumstances the admin of this case took much longer than initially estimated. However, Poole Alcock were extremely thorough and professional throughout and eventually all heirs were traced, properties sold and loose ends tied up.

Fantastic service from the team at Scullion Law. Straight from the off, the customer service from Jennifer was fantastic helping me through booking my appointment and what to expect when I arrived. On the day, i was welcomed with open arms and Scott was also very helpful too during my appointment. The family vibe at Scullion law is very evident the moment you walk through the door. Thank you for the nice experience and looking after me.

This company provided a good service when dealing with my late daughter's divorce, distribution of estate and conveyancing of house sale, most respectful!

Apppreciation for your patience regarding changes and for your clear advice. Efficient and very plesant to deal with. I would definitely recommend.

We have recently used the Mapperley branch to sort out Grant of Probate and will also be using them for conveyancing. Jasmin Marshall who dealt with the probate was very professional but lovely at the same time. She put us at ease at what was a difficult time for us, and made the whole process much less painful. From start to finish it only took 3 weeks for probate to be granted and during that time we were kept fully informed. I can’t thank Jasmin and the team enough for what they did.

After the decision to make a will- thank goodness we went to Howells & saw Melodie. She was so lovely, efficient, professional and very mindful while dealing with a very personal delicate subject. Very happy with the easy way the wills were done & I will highly recommend this firm and the way Melodie put us at ease and answered lots of questions putting us at ease. Thank you again for a wonderful service with the added bonus of a house visit.

We want to say a huge thank you to Ashley Marshall for all the work he has done in preparing our complicated Wills, and especially for his patience with us. We had an initial idea of what we wanted to achieve and Ashley's advice and knowledge helped us to realise those achievements - and more. We are very happy with the outcome!

We are so grateful to Bronte for her help, support and understanding with our difficult situation in claiming the inheritance left to us by our late grandmother. She guided us through the process professionally and advised us on the best way forward at all times. A huge thankyou, we’re so grateful we got the resolution our grandmother would of wanted.
