l've recently used Rachael to tackle the tricky subject of drafting my Will, something I was putting off as I felt it would be complex and who likes thinking about what happens to those depending on you, in my case lots of pets! Rachael made the whole thing clear and straight forward, setting up all the legal requirements and making it easy for me to add (and tweak whenever I need to) my wishes around what happens to the pets and what provisions can be left for them.
