A fairly straightforward probate took 17% longer and cost 22% more than Foys highest estimates. We felt we had to agree to their excessive charges to get the whole stressful process finished which took over 21 months despite chasing them weekly in the final 10 weeks. They haven't even responded to a formal complaint regarding poor communication, lack of tracking / chasing and it's a month after their 28 day deadline which sums it up really. Appalling customer service from supposed professionals.
