    Excellent service from Grace

    Very stressful year for us, lost 2 properties after investing time and money and left living in a caravan!! but it was definately 3rd time lucky with Grace. She was efficient, competent, kept us updated constantly. Whenever anything was returned earlier than expected she actioned it immediately and exactly 5 weeks and 2 days from putting our offer in we completed!! This was our 8th house move in 42 years and I hear people say ' solicitors are all the same' simpy not true!...and did we have to pay extra for this first class service?...No! in fact slightly less than some other quotes we had. Grace was helpful, responded quickly to our enquiries and we never had any difficulty speaking to her, making this process so much easier. Thank you Grace.
