Clive specialises in a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, with a strong focus on company and partnership disputes, contentious trusts, probate, property disputes and landlord and tenant matters. Having obtained an Honours Degree in Law from Liverpool University, Clive attended the College of Law in Chester whereupon he passed his Solicitors Finals and then undertook two years as an Articled Clerk before qualifying as a Solicitor. Clive has worked for various firms in South Yorkshire and the Humberside covering nearly all aspects of Civil Litigation, Matrimonial , Personal Injury and Employment, including multi -million pound cases and one which successfully proceeded to the Court of Appeal.
