David Kitcat handled the estate of my late brother, which became more drawn-out and complicated than originally anticipated thanks to an unexpected claim under Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. During this difficult time for the family David was very supportive and professional and handled the tidying up of my Brother's Estate; whilst the protracted dealings with the claim process took place as a separate process. David also kept to the original fee agreement, despite the additional duration and input he had to provide in consultations and advice. A calm and friendly support during a sad and difficult time.
