Having reached a state of anxiety as an executor, working with a solicitor in another part of the country, I realised that I needed help in understanding jargon and procedures relating to my Mother's Will. The Kitcat website is very clear in every way, in terms of services and costs. I was able to book an initial hour consultation easily, arrangements and purpose confirmed in writing by David. We worked at pace and I garnered so much information and had all my questions answered, very clearly and fully. We both took notes and David later summarised our discussion in writing and got his report to me very speedily. This was a wonderful bonus that I hadn't expected and I will keep checking back to it. I am so relieved to discover such a professional company, on my doorstep, willing to provide exactly the help that I needed.

David Kitcat handled the estate of my late brother, which became more drawn-out and complicated than originally anticipated thanks to an unexpected claim under Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. During this difficult time for the family David was very supportive and professional and handled the tidying up of my Brother's Estate; whilst the protracted dealings with the claim process took place as a separate process.
David also kept to the original fee agreement, despite the additional duration and input he had to provide in consultations and advice.
A calm and friendly support during a sad and difficult time.
