Excellent service from Mr Blackburn. Very reasonable fees unlike another solicitor firm hay and Kilner who keeps asking for upfront payments on top of legal fees before proceeding very slowly! If you need a solicitor, I highly recommend mulcachy smith. Very professional and quick to respond.
