I recently worked with Julia and her team at Peter Ross Mortgage Company, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing. The home buying process was extremely stressful, due to the sellers solicitor not completing their work, but Julia went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way. Their communication was constant and clear, which made a huge difference. It truly felt like they were on my side the entire time. Julia and her team are not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely care about their clients. Their expertise and dedication made a complex process feel much more manageable. An absolutely brilliant team and company , so grateful I had them on my side!

Unprofessional attitude
They are dealing with a purchase and sale of property. Their conduct when requesting additional documentation incurring expense has been disrespectful and showing an inability to explain legal requirements for needing the addional documentation. I have had 1 solicitor plus 3 assistants on my case. The sale was delayed by 1 month due to them losing my emails. All communications were via email. They refused to send any paper documents belonging to the purchase.

Julia helped with the purchase of a property. Although it was messy due to the seller Julia's professionalism was second to none. She was always at the other end of the phone super efficient. Even on completion when there was problems with the seller. Julia went above and beyond. I can't put into words how amazing, caring and fantastic Julia is.
