I would give no stars if I could!
WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO WINN SOLICITORS. This is now my third time using Winn solicitors and the reason why I chose to use them again is because the previous two times I received impeccable service and great settlements. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and my handlers took my claim seriously.
However this was a fair amount of years ago and I chalk that up to the handlers being Young and hungry with something to prove.
Winn solicitors has since gone downhill with a HIGH staff turnover and are now riddled with handlers who couldn't give a toss if your settlement is 50k or 5p.
They answer the phone fairly quickly but when you ask for your personal handler they are impossible to get on the phone or your handler has been changed without your knowledge. They do not give you any updates anymore and just text you when a settlement has been received without even discussing anything with you first. They push you from pillar to post and tell you things just to get you off the phone and when you call again to chase the last handler did not do what they told you they would and left no notes in the system.
They encourage you to use touchpoint for everything yet they never have the details or documents that you enter into touchpoint which leaves you chasing them constantly.
This is the LAST time I'll ever use Winn Solicitors and believe they need to do a complete overhaul of staff and maybe introduce better working conditions and pay so that staff can be HUNGRY again to deliver great service.
