I contacted them by telephone and Marie called me back the same day. I outlined what l needed and Marie went through the process with me giving clear and professional advice. Firstly, I called a few different solicitors after having some pretty stressful issues with my employer. The majority got back to me, however their paralegals were simply emailing me asking for a time/date appointment with the actual solicitor. Not Marie, she called me herself and took 30 minutes to understand my situation before moving forward. During the process, she kept me informed and formed some very clear arguments aimed at my ex-employer (at the time!). There was above and beyond care and attention put into the documents she was drafting on my behalf, giving me options and allowing for my wants, regardless of whether they were constructive, in hindsight… it was comforting to be listened to. Without her support I doubt the outcome that was achieved would have came to fruition, she fought my corner and really isnt scared of a legal-fight! I’m glad I decided to call Goodharts that day and will pay for her services in a heart beat again should I need to.
