I got in touch for a medical negligence claim for my daughter waited a few weeks to hear back they asked for mine and my daughters medical records I then proceeded to wait nearly a month I got a phone call saying that they wanted to meet with us and we decided on a date I have just had a phone call saying that they can’t make the date, they have made me wait 4 weeks for an appointment and cancelled 2 days before hand. This is appalling
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We’re really sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been for your appointment to be rearranged. Unfortunately there will be times when an appointment may have to be rearranged due to illness, personal emergencies or due to the need for our solicitors to attend court etc. In such circumstances we try our best to provide as much notice as possible of the need to rearrange. In this case the 4 week wait for an appointment you refer to was caused by a delay in us receiving documentation from the coroner that we needed to discuss with you.
