Carol was just the person to handle my whistle blowing exit payment from a company that is outwardly a national trusted brand. She had the diplomacy, pragmatism and empathy to help reduce the stress of the situation. She offered prompt turnaround, a fixed fee and also got her costs paid by the employer. Importantly she achieved very significantly more than the settlement offer and patiently dealt with the recurring mistakes of the employer. Highly recommended. I thank you Carol.
