We chose Jackson West because I'd sold my house with them previously. Amber, Claire, Emma, etc. were all fantastic. Dealing with conveyancing and dealing with solicitors is quite a serious topic and actually they made it fun. We had fun working together. They made the process really simple and more importantly they were really friendly and reassuring to us when things went a little bit wobbly. We had quite an aggressive person further up the chain who was being quite nasty and demanding actually. Everybody in Amber and Claire and co was just really professional and really understanding.
