Stephanie was very pleasant and understood what we needed. The only criticism I have is the cost of the wills. It would probably have been cheaper to get it done through a charity but having dealt with Hall Reynolds in the past I trusted they would do a professional job with the added bonus that a solicitor's 'office' is easy for our executors to deal directly with in future. Stephanie did make us aware of the cost in our interview and we chose to continue, but it in future we will ask for the costs prior to the initial meeting.

I found Hall Reynolds professional in their communication and responsive to communication. On initial meeting Katy Taylor was informative and understanding . The process did take a long time but this was mainly due to HMRC and other agencies not getting back in a timely fashion

Hall Reynolds has been nothing short of exceptional! Particularly Stephanie and Lisa who are outstanding. My dad (who has health issues) wanted to engage in their services and Stephanie couldn’t have been more personable, professional and accommodating - just amazing. I live locally and Lisa has kindly offered to personally deliver post throughout our engagements, as well as reorganising our appointments at short notice with complete understanding.
