This was unknown territory for me as I've never had to obtain a sponsor licence before. Despite reading all the packs online it was clear to me that one mistake and the application would be rejected. I was therefore very glad of Claire's knowledge and support in making sure we got this right first time. My applicant was running out of time and Claire helped us with the fastrack process and walked me through how to arrange a Certificate of Sponsorship as soon as we had been granted our licence.
