What clients say about Bond Adams Llp
Client reviews praise the firm’s expertise in residential conveyancing, buy-to-let purchases, first-time home purchases, commercial leases, complex lease covenants, business matters and company disputes. Clients value its professionalism, strong knowledge, attention to detail, clear communication, reliability, efficiency and supportive, personal approach. Many highlight regular updates, honesty and integrity, and a willingness to explain matters thoroughly. However, some clients report frustration with post-completion service, particularly once fees are paid, citing poor follow-up, lack of responsibility and slow responses that require repeated chasing.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Bond Adams for two of my buy to let purchase and on both occasions they delivered professional and excellent service. I had direct access to my solicitor throughout which helped to navigate some of the challenges.
Highly recommend Bond Adams. Very professional, experienced and considerate. In particular Rafique Patel who goes above and beyond to ensure client is satisfied and accommodates all requirements. We used them for our lease property in Oadby and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are also very much involved with helping the community and supporting people from different backgrounds.
We recently used Bond Adams for the purchase of our first home. They were professional, polite and just amazing. They kept us in the loop at every stage and were very efficient. Would highly recommend
I have used Bond Adams for over 16 years the residential team have delivered to a great standard keeping me updated regularly on matters to the transaction. I did not feel left alone. Bond Adams has a large team of various legal specialists so gaining advice is available due to a vast tight knit team. Communication is clear precise and you are never ignored. Glad to instruct and be in safe hands with Bond Adams again in the future.
Very good until legal fees are paid. After fees are paid, be prepared for a run around. No one would care or take proper responsibility of the post completion matters. One should feel lucky if they even respond without a need of proper hard hitting chase ups.

We used Bond Adam for a commercial lease and received an extremely professional service throughout. Rafiq Patel and Muhammad were both very reliable, helpful, and professional. We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.
