I was referred to Hallmarks by a friend when I needed urgent about my marriage and access to my children. I had to pay privately as i was not eligible for legal aid and I was worried about the cost and the service. I was so happy that I did go there in the end as I was given time, understanding and clear advice about my case. They kept me up to date with proper advice and they know the law - no problems getting in touch and they gave me advance notice of costs - which was really helpful to me - there was nothing hidden. Good firm - and didn't just tell me what i wanted hear.

After a traumatic experience I needed support with a non molestation order. Khatiza and Shabina supported me legally and emotionally, explaining and discussion options every step of the way and likely implications short and long term. As a company that deals with airline handling agents I had been hounded for a bill of over £15,000 because of an importer failing to collect their cargo. Despite numerous emails stating this, the agents for the airline threatened to withhold releasing cargo from other importers, which would have been detrimental for my company. A phone meeting with Hallmark, who understood my needs resulted in a letter to the agents who subsequently wrote back that no further action would be taken
