I've left a 1 star review because I can't leave a zero star review. They don't return calls, emails, or act proactively. I have a client that purchased a property 12 months ago, and yet we still cannot register the title. The only way he can achieve anything is to drive 100 miles and sit in their office. Don't spend your money on this firm, I've lost count of the number of bad experiences I've had with different clients with them. They take on too much work, and can't service their clients effectively.

Kamran was a delight to work with. He was extremely helpful at every stage of the process, making it as smooth and quick as we could have hoped while still being thorough and professional. He was easily approachable whenever we had questions. Would definitely recommend.

We had only 18 hours until completion when Jawaad took over after a last-minute change in counsel. Despite the short notice, my client care letter and KYC checks were completed through the night. After spending an entire day working closely with Jawaad on my case, we managed to complete the process in record time without losing the deal. Jawaad raised the appropriate queries and requisites to protect us during the transaction, took full control of the situation, and ensured that we met the deadline, avoiding a significant loss of deposit that could have resulted from our contract being rescinded.
