Kate and her team were, professional and helpful and gave thorough feedback and advice on the searches and house information forms.
Nearer the time of exchange and completion I felt slightly less up to date than I would have liked with the relevant dates but this was mainly due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances and was rectified reasonably swiftly.
I also received clear completion information, as well as assistance for my SDLT form.

Saher Iqbal was very helpful. She was happy to hold our first meeting on Zoom which meant we did not have to travel to her office. She and her Legal Secretary kept us informed what was going on via email. He recommendations and explanations helped us. When we did meet face to face to sign the paper work she once again went through everything with us. Which was very good.

Best experience with a solicitor ever! Our move was not the easiest, all though it should have been, but outside influences made it not so easy. But Kate helped us stay calm throughout the process and we are so glad we used her. She's friendly, explains everything clearly and it felt like we were old friends when we finally completed. I cannot recommend Kate and the team highly enough. If you want a great conveyancer use Kate. She is a credit to BTTJ!
