Karen had being amazing and have found her really efficient and great at he job. After trying 2 other solicitors to get our issue with land registry sorted with no luck. I instructed Reilly & Co Solicitors after searching for solicitors in my local area. I received a few quotes - however I went with Reilly & Co as there was a quick turnaround on receiving the written quote. As time went on, I was glad on my choice (not having known or used them before). I was unclear on the change in stamp duty and how it would affect me and Kevin was quick to clarify my queries.
Everything was done online via e-mail - again not having the 1 to 1 contact was surprisingly effective and having regular phone contact to advise me throughout showed professionalism. I know there was a lot of work behind the scenes done to keep the pushy agents and vendors solicitor happy so instructing an experienced and confident person is important.
I would recommend the firm and would definitely use them again in the future.

Kevin processed the conveyancing on our late father's flat. Although it was a frustrating and time consuming experience, Kevin kept us informed and was able to influence the conclusion very positively. Kevin was tenacious and gave sound advice when required.

As an immigrant in UK I'm very much used to the rudeness of some people, but have never yet so far experienced anything like as this from Kevin Reilly. He didn't answer my emails, denied to see me in his office and when I've tried to call as a last resource he had no patience what so ever to clear my doubt's and was rude to a point where I count no longer continue having him as my solicitor, compromising the purchase of a property. It's really sad to see people so invested into make others life more difficult instead of helping.

We are sorry to read your comments which we take issue with. First this Firm does not treat people differently by reason of nationality, ethnicity, religion, LGBT or disability etc. Indeed Mr Reilly comes from an immigrant background. Mr Callegari's emails were acknowledged culminating in Mr Callegari being asked to telephone Mr Reilly to discuss his enquiries in circumstances where this Firm like many other firms is operating a policy at this time of not meeting clients unless as a matter of urgency. Mr Callegari's questions were answered by Mr Reilly and often on several occasions. Mr Callegari seemed unable to understand what he was being told and what he needed to do to progress the transaction. Mr Callegari became frustrated and took this out on Mr Reilly as a result of which Mr Callegari withdrew his instructions. Mr Callegari was rude and discourteous to Mr Reilly.

I have recently bought a flat to rent out this was the first time I did this so there was a lot of things I was unsure about from the first day of contact with Reilly & Co Solictors my mind was put at ease I was always kept updated with every thing that was going on from Kevin & Gemma the whole thing went through very fast and to the dates that I had being told very professional and in depth with searches and everything would definitely recommend.

We hired Kevin Reilly to provide the conveyancing when we sold one home and bought another. He provided an excellent service. The best part of his service was his sound advice. At one point, we came close to breaking the chain (moving into rented), but he advised against this and promised that he would ensure that the long chain would complete. He kept his word and most importantly, saved me about 10 thousand pounds. I have read some negative reviews and may be this is because he can be direct and abrupt, especially with Estate Agents. However, he returned our calls and emails and gave great advice – and this is what you are paying for. I would recommend others hire him.

the fee earner for this company made such a mess of my friends will he could not get probate granted after 18 months and £6000 he agreed to be passed over as a executor at the last possible moment just before a court case
emails/phone calls /letters all go unanswered
basic points of law missed
and he still paid himself £1600 in costs
just a mess AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I chose to use Reilly & co for the sale of my old property and the purchase of my new property, due to their expertise in conveyancing. I found Mr Reilly very reassuring, informative and totally professional. Each time I had a question or concern, Mr Reilly put my mind at rest and that made the whole process a lot less stressful. The whole process of buying and selling a property was seamless thanks to Mr Reilly's knowledge about house transactions.
I would highly recommend Reilly and Co to anyone who either wants to sell their property or to buy a new property.

My husband has worked with Kevin Reilly in the past to purchase a property, and we recently turned to him again for both selling and buying.
In my opinion, you won’t find a firm like Reilly & Co. Kevin is always available to help, he gets things done efficiently, and is extremely professional. The process was complex, and without Kevin’s expertise, it would have fallen apart. We will definitely continue to use his services going forward, as well as recommend to family and friends, very grateful for Kevin’s help and support.

We used Reilly & Co for a land registry defect on our house during a house sale. The conveyancing company we had been using wasn’t confident in doing this so Karen took over.
