This is the second time have I have used Kevin Reilly having previously made a Will with him. Having not moved house for years Kevin dealt with all the issues I encountered. I was very confident in his abilities as he works in a very efficient manner. I was recommended to use him and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a reliable professional service.

the fee earner for this company made such a mess of my friends will he could not get probate granted after 18 months and £6000 he agreed to be passed over as a executor at the last possible moment just before a court case emails/phone calls /letters all go unanswered basic points of law missed and he still paid himself £1600 in costs just a mess AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My experience with Kevin Reilly of Reilly and Co has been a thoroughly miserable one. Two years ago my Uncle died and unfortunately had lodged his will at this firm and named Kevin Reilly as executor. Despite emails, letters, phone calls etc Mr Reilly evades communication and is rude and arrogant. He has to date been unable to obtain probate as his mis-worded the will, it took him over 12 months to inform the beneficiaries of the death and has completely failed to execute his duties. He has not taken an inventory, has allowed his fellow executor to empty the property without informing the other beneficiaries who were entitled to the goods and chattels. He has not obtained bank statements to assess the value of the estate and has in fact stated he has no intention of doing so. He has blocked my email address and refuses to answer any communication from any parties involved. This continues to be a very upsetting situation, my only option is to go through the court to have him removed which is very costly. Avoid this man at all costs he is an arrogant amateur.

My husband has worked with Kevin Reilly in the past to purchase a property, and we recently turned to him again for both selling and buying. In my opinion, you won’t find a firm like Reilly & Co. Kevin is always available to help, he gets things done efficiently, and is extremely professional. The process was complex, and without Kevin’s expertise, it would have fallen apart. We will definitely continue to use his services going forward, as well as recommend to family and friends, very grateful for Kevin’s help and support.
