EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE NEVER ANYSWER PHONE CALLS HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS
HAVE COMPLAINED TO RSA KNOW AND LEGAL OMBUDSMAN SEE IF I CAN GET A REFUND AS NO SERVICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED.

Spouse visa application was not completed properly none of the documents were uploaded- in fact they refused to upload it- it ended up with a divorce due to farhan malik negligence she will never forgive him taking ££££ and doing a simple online form no letter of representation no follow ups please go somewhere else
