Recently used Thornes solicitors to organise all aspects of a Will and Power of Attorney for our son who lives in Belgium. Not a problem for these excellent solicitors we were given up to date legal information and choices on all aspects of the Wills for myself and my husband and the POA's for each of us. Brilliant guidance and clear legal information given without all the 'legal speak' or stuffiness of some solicitors. We were made aware of possible future circumstances which had not occurred to us, again demonstrating Thornes experience in these matters. Prompt and timely appointments where needed, clear communication by phone or email for the rest. Information sent in a timely manner to all parties. We were made aware of costs at the beginning of the process and there were no surprises. Myself and my husband would definitely recommend Thornes solicitors for any Probate and Will matters. A special mention to Alison Westwood who was our person.

These solicitors go above and beyond for their clients are fast and efficient and in general also care for the well-being of the client. They are straight to the point and always do an amazing job. I had the privilege of working with Ben twise in a very hard challenging situations and he helped me to understand and achieve my Goal in a way he knew I was going to win rather then what I wanted and off course we won my case both times one in 2017 and again in 2021 working with Gerald and Ben I got what I was working to win in court with Thornes I would highly recommend this firm as I have issues understanding and forming working relationships and this firm worked with me and understood me and had patience.
