I would not recommend! Charged £15k for Probate and a Land Transfer that they did not action until I chased them and they had “forgotten” a bit of paperwork (2 years later!). They were also misleading with their quotes. Definitely ask for a quote before you do anything with them, but I would not use again.

If I could choose 0 stars than I would as I generally do not believe this company even deserve one star. I am extremely disappointed with the service our family received during the handling of my late grandad’s will. At an already difficult and emotional time, we were met with a complete lack of empathy, poor communication, and an unwillingness to address our concerns.

I don’t usually write reviews, but on this occasion I felt I had to. I’ve been using Mason and Beer for over 30 to 40 years, and they have always been outstanding. Most recently they helped both my son and his patner and once again everything was handled with care, professionalism and real attention to detail. What really stands out is the team. Hilary, Lauren and Sharon all worked together seamlessly, keeping everything on track and making sure we were supported at every step. Their communication was clear, reassuring and consistent throughout, which made a stressful process feel much easier. It is not easy to find people you can trust completely, but with them you always feel you are in safe hands. The way they work together, the care they show and the standard they deliver is something quite special. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
