Dreadful Customer Service

Was contacted by this firm re mis-selling of PPI and filled out a form. Heard nothing for over a year then got a letter in the post to say I'd been awarded some money which was great followed within 2 days by a letter requesting their payment and 2 days after that a final demand threatening legal action!! I was absolutely appalled by this follow up service as had no chance to even look at the first bill properly before I received a threatening final demand! Paid the bill but would never use this firm again for anything and advise anyone looking for assistance in this area avoid this firm! Worst customer service ever!

Ppi claim

I applied for ppi however due to being bankrupt the money was sent to the trustee. Hd law were advised of this and closed the case, several calls ensued havi g to explain all over again, to be told we. Won't be in touch. Today received a solicitors letter threatening legal action.

Cowboys will be reporting to financial conduct authority
