I would not normally think to write a review for a solicitor but having read the negative reviews I felt a responsibility as a satisfied client to write something positive. The problem with reviews is we are always more motivated by the negative and I assume that if things do go wrong when selling a property it would be easy to blame the solicitor. We have bought and sold numerous properties over the years and our usual conveyancer had retired so I obtained quotes online and went with the cheapest, which was considerably cheaper than our local solicitors had quoted. It was only after instructing Greenstones that I happened to read the bad reviews and I admit that I had a bit of a panic attack. However, they acted professionally and responded to our correspondence usually via email in a timely manner Our sale went through without issue and monies were transferred immediately. Leading up to the completion date they kept us informed and telephoned us regularly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Overall i had a very good experience with Greenstone solicitors, especially considering the low price they charged for their services . The two most helpful people were Parvez and Zonia . Parvez would always respond to my queries at the earliest possible opportunity, and gave very useful advice. All the paperwork was handed to me on time . There was just one hiccup when my passport name didn't match my deeds name, which i had to try and get sorted myself, so please check this as soon as you start your sale proceedings . Zonia was always very polite and helpful. Telephone contact was sometimes difficult, however emails were always answered promptly. The whole process took about 16 weeks , again part of that was the delay from the buyers solicitors, and lockdown issues in general . For the price i paid i am very happy with the service i received. many thanks :)
