I had a bad experience with this law firm and I will not recommend it to anyone. After I completed all the required payments, their professionalism disappeared. They stopped responding to my messages and did not honor the links to my stories. For almost a year, I tried to contact the person who was handling my case, but she either refused to talk to me or sent me messages saying that she was on vacation. What's worse is that the application was also processed incorrectly. I had all the necessary documents, but they were not included in my file. As a result, my case was submitted incomplete, which led to a rejection. I was not even informed of the negative decision. I only found out after contacting my local MP, who received confirmation from the Ministry of Internal Affairs that my application had already been rejected - due to the mistakes made by this lawyer. Due to their negligence and warnings about professionalism, I wasted my time reviewing it. This is causing me serious stress and damage. This firm is unbelievable, unprofessional and irresponsible. Be very careful before entrusting your case to them. I have noticed a high level of disrespect from the manager Arta Heath, an issue from Klodiana Gjonaj. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
