Extreme mold disrepair case property destroyed won nothing except wasting my time . Useless

Bond and turner represented my housing disrepair with A2 Dominion, I was compensated £1000 which was paid to Bond and Turner for the disrepair. Bond and Turner charged £892 and sent me a cheque of £108 which I didn't bother to cash it and also my apartment hasn't been fixed yet. I still have damp and mould in my room

I was lied to too from the beginning, I was told 25% commission they will take from my pay out. Oh no it’s 50% plus an extra fee

Firstly where to I start I don’t know, don’t have much knowledge about how the law works, I’m the witness for one of their Clint, they took witness information from me over the phone, also they said if any need for attented to the court, can I do it? I said yes because that incident happened in front me. That phone conversation was long time ago, finally the court hearing is 06/09/2024 on Friday at 10am, they told me transport will be provided also any lose of earning I’ll have to submitted on court hearing day, I was like ok, it was London to Manchester return job, I even told them can they pick me up from my sons school at 9am that lady said, it has to be earlier then that because of traffic and you will have to talk with their Clint representative, I said ok, in my mind if my wife can’t take my son to school then will skip on this day, because I have 2 other toddler at home.
Now I have been waiting since 8am from morning no one came to pick up, I was calling their landline and WhatsApp, suddenly one text came on my WhatsApp which is they settled the case one day before, now the question is if they have WhatsApp connection with the Clint or witnessed why they didn’t let them know?!!! You don’t have to attend. I called them over the phone they were trying to established so much things like they were doing hearing court over the phone, before I even said the compensation word they said we are sorry we can’t pay the compensation. Imagine law farm like this, where is the professionalism. And they asking so much tax return XYZ, over the phone for not to pay the compensation. I don’t understand all of this Law and XYZ if I knew then I would hire you as an employee and I would be boss for my own Law farm, but employees like you i wouldn’t hire because you are disgraceful for any law farms. People have planned so much things on the latter it says whole one day, before the weekend I would clear much of my other works that I didn’t booked it for your court hearing. It’s shame that you treat Clint and their witnesses like the way your farm wanted. I hope your farm pay back badly, even if you become a bankrupt. I have 3 children. I will tell them never ever work or become solicitors or lawyers. Because too much story you will have to make up. And it’s not healthy for human life for few thousands,
And my compensation it’s not made up story like your protocol book. It’s 100% Crystal.

Helen Neville has been excellent from the start to end of my recent case. I am very grateful for her taking the time to speak with me, educate and advise me. She has been supportive when I have needed encouragement and remained professional throughout. I went through a bad medical experience and working with Helen on this case has helped me work through my personal issues. I am grateful for your empathy and kindness.

Helen Neville from Bond Turner was brilliant..she handled my claim professionally and was very helpfull all the way through my case which took quite a while to be settled..overall i was delighted with the outcome and with Bond Turner aswell..

Vw emissions claim expected a larger amount of cash than actually received. Bond turner took a vast majority of the claim and paid me a very small few hundred. Very disappointed.
