No response for over 6 months despite many emails, phone calls and complaints. The app stated my claim had been settled when it had not and I am awaiting a medical assessment. I am not able to access urgent medical treatment or update my claim with my injuries due to their lack of response. My GP is appalled at this. Avoid at all costs.

It's been 14 months since my accident and the whole experience with these lot has been appalling! They do not respond to emails, past 3 months or so I gave all the evidence they needed for my losses but hear nothing and have to chase it up and then get told the same thing about my losses still being calculated. I'd be surprised if I see any money for an accident the third party accepted liability for! Will look to take legal action against Carpenters Group

Had an accident in May this year with hit and run driver. Straight forward claim for Excess, Costs incurred in the accident. Was passed on to this company but since then my claim handler Fanila Javid has repeatedly ignored my emails. Official complaint in and surprise surprise I was advised regularly that they were chasing my medical report. That was until the official 8 weeks was up. Then nothing. I have repeatedly emailed both customer complaints and my handler. Gave them until today and now the complaint will go in to the Ombudsman and the Law Society Complaints. I wish I had never touched this company. All I want is what I have lost financially that I can prove I have lost. help if you had any sort of complicated claim. Disgusting service and don't know how they are getting away with it.

These so called solicitors are a bunch of frauds still waiting for my excess money back from a no fault claim from a year ago which was settled in court in July. Sent in proof of payment which they requested and had no contact from them since. Dealt with a bloke called Mathew who absconded all of a sudden. I certainly wouldn't want thesemorons representing me in court all though I'd like to see them in court. After all they are looking after general accidents affairs that says it all an absolute disgrace
