Do not trust carpenters group it is the worst health insurance
The accident happened in Feb 2023 and now its July 2025. The claim is still not resolved. The third party insurer accepted the liability from day 1. (2023) but i am still waiting for a closure for this case. I would never recommend carpenters Group to anybody nobody can beat Aviva insurance they are so much reliable and trustworthy and your issues will be resolved within a week. I have been stuck with this claim since 2023 and now it’s 2025 yet I am still waiting for this claim to end it is the worst experience and service anybody can ever receive. I would never recommend carpenters Group to anybody they are awful . Wastage of time. The legal advisor will keep changing like the weather then they will make you restart the claim all over again. A incident which took place years ago they expect you to keep re starting all over again and keep repeatedly providing old documents and evidence which you had already provided at the time of the accident. The solicitors are so slow, never do get in touch or respond to anything you have requested. I requested them to come to a settlement and close the case asap but no it is not enough money for them to claim for themselves. Its a awful service they expect you to keep attending Pysio appointments with companies of there choice so they can drag the case many more years. Do not trust carpenters there are so many better insurance out there. Carpenters is the worst service to trust. They will only lead you on for many years and still have no outcome
