Helpful and accurate advice on website. Excellent advice given in person re specific case. Instructions carried through promptly and successfully, rescuing an otherwise very sad and difficult situation affecting several different parties. Comprehensive communication and updates throughout. This firm is a disgrace. They are only interested in having endless in-house meetings and charging high rates for doing next to nothing. Unreliable, un-trustworthy and only appear to work half days late on Fridays in time for their weekends off. The only good thing to say is that they have exceptional front of house Reception staff that they certainly do not deserve.

LB & Co, and specifically Kate Butterfield, were fantastic in helping us deal with some legal concerns we had regarding planning permission. Thet responded quickly, picked up the issue and dealt with it as promised. Their expertise in this area was fantastic and they were able to give us the advice we required. Kate spent time to explain things in non legal terms, dealt with all the issues raised and provided us with the advice we required to resolve the problem.

Carolyn Llord worked carefully with us to assist with an application for Use Class E successfully ..Carolyn carefully explained every inch of detail and the process -realistic time frames . I would highly recommend for all planning applications. , as she has earned her place as one of the finest in the country ,especially for the more complexed and challenging projects large or small . Guaranteed flawless approach , leaving you feeling secure at all times .

I paid them a retainer of GBP 10,000 and they gave me incorrect advice and when I pointed this out (by referring to a judgment I googled) they stopped responding despite still having my money on account.
The money I might lose out on due to their error is around GBP 300K, and they find it not worthwhile to respond.
Andrew McCauley and Joanne Chase behaved in a very disrespectful manner towards me and the partner, Mr Moran, couldn't even acknowledge my email.
I will now engage another firm and might have to sue Clarion to get my money back.
