Hopeless

Firm engaged by my parents (against my advice) to arrange LPA’s.
Totally unprofessional, lack of communication, hapless attention to detail by Andrew Norton.
He doesn’t return calls or correspondence and his work is littered with mistakes.
Avoid at all costs.

Where has my review gone?

My review of this company was in a par with the other reviews. Why is it not posted? You can count this as another one instead. I advise people to go elsewhere!

Inefficient and unprofessional

So bad I don’t know where to start. They made 10 errors in their financial statements and a charge of £25 turned into £250 when I queried that they had underpaid the balance owing to us. They failed to register one property for 18 months despite numerous reminders. The receptionist would never put you through when you called. They never returned calls or emails and when they did lied about action taken. They sent us duplicate copies of documents for no reason at all and out of the blue. They even failed to act according to their own complaints procedure as required by the Law Society. Don’t touch them. And their office looks shabby, dingy and unprofessional.

Unprofessional Solicitors

Andrew Norton is the Solicitor of my Uncles Will. Emails rarely answered, phone calls never.
Staff are rude. The whole organisation is unprofessional, Bills attached to the will are still outstanding, and Andrew Norton appears to be unconcerned after two years.
We would advise anyone to stay clear of Norton Connor and ,look elsewhere for a Solicitor

Never use again

Very unprofessional and unfortunately I would never use again or recommend. We used them for the sale of our house and their math skills were slightly worrying especially as they were dealing with thousands of pounds of ours. I would also seriously question their confidentiality as we know our information was discussed with other parties. On top of all this they are very hard to get hold of!

Unprofessional

Extremely unprofessional.

Even spoke badly about neighbours in the properties attached to their premesis to members of the public. Not the values or behaviours I'd expect of a solicitor. Makes me wonder what they say behind clients backs (regarding confidential issues) when they speak in such a way about fellow neighbours. Utterly shocked!
