Was very disappointed with the Service I received was false allegations I had 3 different Lawyers all of them accuse me that I’ve done all this to my partner when I haven’t they were on Social Services side all the way through 6 9 months later they couldn’t identify the Health worker who said all this about me so it was all dropped . They were trying to put things in my mouth trying get to agreed that’s social Services are right when they twisting things and playing online games trying make my disability be worse than it was . They always ignored my calls ring when they needed before going to court. They made look bad . Because with the false allocations they didn’t respond to it in statement and the judge had to go I was like I thought we went all through this I shouted out don’t understand why Laura millburn haven’t submitted this yet what was supposed to be in my statement. Sara horncastle was very scared when I got social Worker outside of the council put stop to her be my Mckenzie friend in Court her and my Ballister Adrian pillock. He’s light to a family member when question was asked when can I put the Child on interim care order he replied as soon as possible if there keeps being negatives but she was already under that 6 - 7 days after she’s born. At the final, hearing my ballister & my Partners banister Mike batt went into the room with Social Services & legals meet with the judge and then they had this bright idea Family members are not required to come to court to be witnesses even though one of them is on an SGO . There was loads of them valid points I made to my Balester, but he said we don’t need to say all that when our person would say that’s very important as they were against a lot of twisted things to what the Social is said but no, he refuse to say any of that I did say to him how unfair would’ve been treated he disagree and they are only doing their job not lying 🤥 isn’t. Madeline my other baluster with the false allegations when The Lawyer didn’t pull it in this statement saying that your client hasn’t responded to this she could really add any Answer to the judge, but I’ll check it through with The Lawyer and make sure this is done just before I shouted out that I’ve already done this statement but again I’ve got to told to keep my mouth shut. I felt I had to do that though, because my basters and Lawyers don’t listen. Sara when doing statement when she heard my girlfriend, she told her to keep her mouth shut and go away in a very extremely rude way. Laura Lawyer number three when we all had tummies, what was a normal illness but they made out I food poison us all even though when we had all different meals. Social Worker and his team made out I done that and then My Lawyer said to me just admit that you’ve done it and then now teachyou to do it in the right way . 😡 my reply was I don’t need them to because I’ve already done it right I cooked the fish 15 minutes each side so you see how I mean how I feel. It’s all corrupted. They advised me to get rid of one of my dogs as they felt three dogs are too many so I had to get rid of my Dalmatian who was friendly as anything broke my heart that I had to find a new home for him. Also, we was advised to bath her daughter every single night and there was one time when we came back from the beach when we bath during the afternoon because of the sand in their hair, but then the advisor made out, we didn’t bother when we did .corruption😡 all the workers at the resident home you had the workers coming around interfering intimidating us putting us down pushing us out and all the Lawyers could say is that they only doing there job looking out for Child and keeping her safe. The workers and the Lawyers advise me and Tash to have intercourse we refuse because we didn’t want it going against us because of the false allegations . When our daughter was in bed we were sitting in the garden for a bit and the workers come around to check on us notice a little bit of spying to be honest. Other time came out asked if we were okay. Try to catch us at it.

I used Ridley & Hall Solicitors to aid me in grandparents rights. Not only did they get me access to my grandson but they were there every step of the way. I can't thank them enough and would use them again if needed.

This is the first time we have found ourselves needing a family lawyer. We contacted Ridley and Hall we was appointed Connie. It was an excellent decision, Connie was lovely, she was very professional whilst retaining the personal touch. We had a lot going on in our lives so having to deal with courts was a added stress. Connie was very patient with us, she helped us through everything step by step, which was much appreciated. We hope we're never in a situation where we need a family lawyer again but if we are we wouldn't hesitate in using Connie again.

Ridley and Hall helped me through a difficult ordeal involving care proceedings for my grandson. I initially fostered him, but the proceedings became very complicated, which resulted in my own children being placed under a supervision order for a short time while allegations were investigated. Rosie Nicholson was professional and provided excellent advice from start to finish. She was efficient and kept me up to date throughout the stressful proceedings, which lasted over three years. I would like to thank Rosie and Simon Crabtree, who was my barrister throughout. Without their support, I would have struggled to navigate the court process. The proceedings ended with a Special Guardianship Order (SGO) in my favour, ensuring permanency for my grandson.
