Shila Whitehead - useless solicitor.

Do not waste your time having this woman to defend you. You would be better off having a cardboard cut out. The result would be the same but the cut out would be free. This woman is incapable of producing any sort of defence. All she does is argue over technicalities, waste time and alienate the court. She was meant to defend me in a 3 day trial. Never discussed the case with me. Refused to let me have the top barrister I wanted and couldn't be bothered to get an expert witness to speak in my defence. All of which were funded by my legal insurance. So I was completely undefended and not a single person to speak in my defence. Google her name and all you will see is what she has said in mitigation at all the trials she's been involved in. Not a single mention of her actually saying anything in anyone's defence; nor any mention of a case that she has actually won. Presumably because THERE AREN'T ANY. You have been warned. She is a waste of time. DO NOT USE. If I could give a negative score, I would. I cannot rate Woods solicitors because it turns out she was only an associate - not even a proper employee. But I found the owner very helpful when I complained. Although he still put a bill in!
