    We’ve just concluded a case of medical negligence handled by Mark Aldridge at the Barnsley office of Liddy’s. Obviously these cases do not conclude quickly, things take time. Having said that, Mark kept us informed of what was happening at regular intervals, was very kind and patient with my elderly mother and myself and was completely honest and up front regarding our progress. We were never left wondering what was happening. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark or Liddy’s to anyone requiring legal help or advice.

    Amazing support - thank you!

    Honestly can’t thank Mark enough for everything he’s done for me over the last 4 and a half years. From start to finish he’s been amazing. He always kept me updated with everything going on, explained things properly and was always there if I had questions or needed reassurance. He’s friendly, approachable and really knows his stuff, which made it so much easier to trust him every step of the way. I finally got closure on my case last week and I genuinely can’t thank him enough for all the time, hard work and support he’s given me throughout it all.     I cannot thank this firm and Amy enough for taking the time to listen to me and consider my mum’s case. After losing my mum, I was determined to get answers about the care she received, but I had almost given up hope after approaching larger firms who were unable to help because of the financial value of the claim. When you are grieving the loss of someone you love, the last thing you need is to feel that your loved one’s experience is not worth pursuing because of money. For me, this has never been just about compensation. It is about getting answers, understanding what happened, seeking accountability and finding some closure after losing my mum. I am so grateful to have found a firm that was willing to listen and give me the opportunity to have my concerns looked into. It means so much to feel that someone is prepared to help families who are already going through one of the most difficult times of their lives. I hope more people become aware of this firm and the work they do, because there are families out there who may feel they have nowhere else to turn. I would wholeheartedly recommend getting in touch with them if you need someone to listen and consider your case with compassion and understanding.

    Can't speak for the other departments of this business but for the medical negligence team absolutely appalling,no communication what's so ever and after 3 weeks sending an email,still no response,so today I call the office to be told I will get a call back, because the person who is supposed to be dealing with the claim is away from her desk,I called again some hrs later and the associate has left for the day! Not sure if that's an error also on the receptionist part or not,but one has to realise that also, if the associate cannot get the clients the name correct in the first meeting then what are the chances of the claims success rate! Ridiculous the lady supposed to be dealing with this was Amy Fiddler

      We used Liddys Solicitors for our house purchase. As first time buyers we expected it to be a daunting and difficult process but Mr Khalil’s expertise and complete professionalism meant the process was beyond easy and stress free.
