    Although mum's death was a very painful time for my family, Janet was helpful and understanding. She was clear in all the hurdles we went through to the final papers being issued and the money transfers.

    Excellent Service

    I am the sole Executor of my late Father’s estate which included a property to sell. Megan did the conveyancing part very efficiently and quickly. I never actually met her! Almost everything was done by post or Email, with the occasional phone call from one of the associates there. The sale went through without a hitch and I was very pleased with the charges levied.

    Professional and efficient service

    Janet was extremely knowledgeable and competent and very pleasant and understanding when visited in person with my children, after my husband's death. She kept us updated at every stage. Rather shocked at the final cost though, as I had done a lot of the probate preparation myself.

    Almost perfect

    I chose Bevirs for my house sale after the excellent service provided by Nick from the Wills and Trusts Team when dealing with my parents estates. The quote was reasonable and Megan was knowledgeable and friendly. We mostly communicated by email which worked fine, the only issue was when the buyer asked me how things were progressing and I couldn’t reach Megan for an update despite leaving callback requests three days in a row, I understand she was probably very busy but it left me very frustrated at the time. All members of the Bevirs team were pleasant and professional, particular call-out to Stefan who provided support during the course of the sale, he was very responsive and an excellent communicator.

    Have completed a house sale, with Bevirs acting on our behalf, that was complicated but excellently handled. Would thoroughly recommend them. Solicitor and supporting staff were all very helpful, professional but lovely to work with. Subsequently we updated our wills and the advise was great with a thorough but easily understood explanation of the options. Excellent service.

      Couldn’t have asked for better!

      We couldn’t have asked for better solicitors throughout our house purchase. Natalee and Stefan were both fantastic from start to finish. Their communication throughout the whole process was spectacular, and they always kept us informed and reassured. They were particularly brilliant towards the end of the purchase, when things can so easily either come together or fall through. Even when we were at our most stressed, they kept us calm, made us feel completely in safe hands and worked incredibly hard to get everything over the line. Thanks to their help and dedication, we were able to complete on our house purchase on the day we had hoped for, which we are incredibly grateful for. Natalee and Stefan make a fantastic team, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them both together and as individuals. We genuinely couldn’t have wished for better support during such an important and stressful time.

Natalee was always so quick to respond, incredibly helpful and made us feel like no question was ever a silly one, even when we didn’t quite understand something.
