I was fortunate to be allocated Kate Brown to steer me through the financial aspects on divorce. From the beginning Kate set realistic timelines and costings, these proved to be very accurate. Throughout the process Kate provided me with sound advice, without which I'm sure I would have spent considerably more money. She was wise enough to tell me when I was letting emotion drive my decisions and always guided me to a negotiating position that with hindsight I can see was the correct one. I unreservedly recommend Kate, even more so if you have a military pension to consider.

We used Middletons in Andover for the purchase of our new home and cannot recommend them enough, They were really helpful throughout the whole process even when we ran into problems with our mortgage company. David Browne was always there on the phone and kept us updated and found solutions to the problems that we encountered. Considering we purchased during the pandemic so never actually met David or any of the staff everything was done over the phone or by email it was still a great experience.

After taking almost 2 years to settle the estate of my fathers cousin and contradicting themselves constantly throughout the process they sent a letter demanding over 50% of the payment to be returned or they will take further legal action to recover it due to an "unforeseen mistake" (by them). Asked for complaints procedure and wrote a 4 page detailed complaint highlighting all consistencies to get another letter returned not advising of my right to go to the Legal Ombudsman or addressing any of the points raised. Did restate the imminent potential legal action to recover the money however...

Caroline Mills supported me during the process of selling and buying. Her knowledge, compassion, honesty and most of all patience, answering my emails and telephone call when times were difficult gave me confidence and reassurance. Thank you Caroline, you are a credit to the team.
