Not our solicitors but are acting as solicitors for the people we are buying a property from. Failed to pick up there was an old charge registered against the property. Then failed to look into this and work out what it was. My father in law (ex property solicitor) worked out what this was and passed this info on. It was not acted on in a timely manner and only asked for it to expedited 3 weeks later even though they'd been advised throughout that it was urgent. Personally I'd avoid like the plague

As a Bespoke Estate Agent, I work with solicitors on a day to day basis.Solicitors are all different, some will excel in expertise, others their availability and efficiency very rare do I come across a solicitor whom provides an extremely efficient service, personable and will have full explanations without any legal jargon for the clients. Complete with expertise second to none and resolute to provide the very best service and experience for their client.
I have not worked with Chris previously, he represented the buyer of the home in question that I was arranging the sale of.
I would not hesitate in anyway to recommend Chris's services, he has been the best solicitor by far, whom I have worked alongside for quite sometime.

Taylor’s Solicitors have been amazing throughout the whole of our moving house process. Faye and Chris were both very friendly, supportive and approachable for the sale and purchase of our new property. Communication was fast and thorough and we felt like no question was a silly question! So nice to find a solicitors who make the whole situation a lot easier during a stressful time.
