    Dental Negligence Assistance

    I had a very unpleasant dental experience and my complaints to the practce were not taken seriously. I contacted several solicititors and most were not very interested but Wolferstands agreed to take it on as a no win no fee case. The solicitor I was assigned to, Richard Evans, was an inincredible help in what was a difficult time for me. It was clear Richard was knowledgeable and professional from an early point, but what really helped me was that he was also patient with me throughout my case: he was always happy to explain things which was a great comfort to me having never had to engage a solicitor before (I was a little anxious about the process at first). Ultimately Richard was able to secure a settlement for me. Obviously the payout was bonus but for me what was more important was that it meant there was some acknowledgement that what happened was not right and it has allowed me to draw a line under the experience and move on, which simply would not have been possible without the support of Richard and Wolferstans.
