Great communication
This is the second property we have sold in 6 months through hcrlaw, Laura has been our main point of contact through these sales and has been absolutely fantastic. Communications with Laura has been fantastic, no question is too difficult. Emma who works with Laura has also been brilliant through the whole process. I would 100% recommend to family and friends.

property purchase and sale
We were recommended HCR Law and Laura Upshall in person to deal with the sale of our existing house and the purchase of the new one. In comparison to other firms quotes HCR Law appeared significantly more expensive. However the firms reputation for active diligence meant it was the most sensible option and we were not disappointed in anyway. Laura kept us informed of everything we needed to do, regularly reported on progress and chased all parties to ensure the sale went through in the shortest practical time period. Very professional, easy to deal with and a pleasure to talk to.
