Premiership Operation
Laura Upshall @ HRC was recommended to me via my house selling agent.
I had a choice of four legal companies so I did a little bit of homework, looked at some reviews and was drawn to Laura by a few proactive comments about herself on the hrc website then after a conversation over the phone regarding how the operation comes together it was an obvious choice for me to move forward with Laura and her team. The comments on the hrc site were very quickly supported by her actions.
The quote was not the cheapest but competitive and I feel that in this kind of operation one really needs a company that is completely 'on the ball'. This also quickly became apparent.
A great seamless operation with comprehensive minimal emails due to compact detailing including additional information for the not so accustomed home mover.

Choose HCR if you want to get the job done
Laura took over the conveyancing where my previous solicotor (Taylor Rose) just gave up being well out of their depth. By the time I went to see Laura she had solved at least 50% of the problems and worked tirelessly to overcome the rest which she did. Communication was excellent, not just with me, but with the buyer's solicitor too. She went the extra mile to become on very good terms with him. I would highly recommend Laura who is also very experienced.

Exceptional personal service and support

The best conveyancing solicitor we have ever instructed - by far
We recently engaged Laura Upshall of Harrison Clark Rickerbys to act on our behalf in the sale of one property and the purchase of another. Despite the best efforts of our purchasers and their solicitors to scupper the deal on numerous occasions through their ineptitude Laura managed, against all the odds, to hold the deal together and see it through. She communicates sympathetically and effectively and never let us give up. Always available to talk to and efficient in everything she does we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering the appointment of a solicitor to act in a property transaction. She and the firm were absolutely fantastic.
