My wife and I have just completed the purchase of a property in West Sussex using HCR Law for the conveyancing. Our solicitor was Laura Upshall and we have been absolutely delighted with the service and support Laura has given to us. With just 4 weeks to completion we hit difficulties with the new build property we were buying, which forced us to have to pull out of the purchase. Given that we were at this time in rented accommodation (with our 2 cats) and with furniture and possessions in storage we were looking at several £1,000s if we could not complete on another property very quickly.
